The finals of the 4th Jiangsu Professional Manager Innovation Competition were held in Nanjing on December 18. The competition was jointly organized by the Industry and Information Technology Department of Jiangsu, Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Jiangsu Province, Jiangsu Federation of Trade Unions, State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, and Jiangsu Professional Manager's Association. The competition was the first of its kind in the country, and attracted 240 entries from the whole province. After fierce competition, 48 projects entered the finals.

　　This Professional Manager Innovation Competition was a provincial-level competition for professional managers. It was also a feast for the sublimation of innovative management thinking. The entries covered 13 prefecture-level cities, involving manufacturing, transportation, electric power, electronic information, energy conservation and environment protection, new energy, finance, communications, culture and other industries. The atmosphere of the scene was tense and harmonious, and the competition was fierce.

　　Jiangsu Maslech Medical Technology Co., Ltd. stood out among competitors from national military, electric power and aerospace industries. The project "Crisis Management Practice for Dying Enterprises" described how professional manager Zhao Jingpu took advantage of the crisis management innovation measures to save the company and lead its development step by step. The project was highly recognized by the jury of experts on the site, and it also attracted widespread attention from other participating teams. Aside from competition, contestants exchanged enterprise management skills and agreed that this project was a success, providing a practical reference for those jeopardized enterprises. In the end, the Maslech team won the Second Prize at the innovation competition.
